Think Wynn delivers trusted advice, tools and projects that draw on over a decade 15 years’ experience in sustainability, communications and heritage. We relish work that uses any two of these three specialisms (and get very excited about projects that involve all three!)
Our work is diverse and bespoke to each organisation. Typically, our work supports in two areas - Building great foundations and Accelerating action and impact.
If you have an idea or a piece of work that you would like to discuss, let’s schedule a time to talk.
Think Wynn can help as a strategist, facilitator, critical friend or extra capacity, whether freelance or interim. We can find a way to work that gives you results and peace of mind.

Developing and co-ordinating messaging for a major telco, working with partners internally and externally to deliver an integrated communications plan. Helping the company be recognised as third greenest company in the world, whilst growing employee pride.

Formalising its communications strategy helped this hospitality and entertainment group to strengthen and elevate its sustainability messaging. The framework was applied to formal reports, leadership communications and a brand new, interactive employee induction programme.

Introducing urban design undergraduates and masters students to the SDGs. Together we examined how the goals, targets and indicators can inform and stimulate better urban planning and design, as well as how urban design can contribute to ending poverty, reducing inequality and fighting climate change.

A new gallery in a major UK museum is always exciting, particularly if your organisation is at the heart of its many stories, archives and artefacts. Managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure everyone understood and celebrated this special space and partnership.
Siân Wynn-Jones (Think Wynn) is passionate about helping organisations embrace and activate purpose. She combines her experience of developing sustainability, communications and heritage strategies to drive integrated, multi-channel initiatives that help build and mobilise communities including key opinion formers, B2B and consumer customers, suppliers, industry groups and employees.
Focused on tangible and practical impacts, her solutions help people better understand environmental and social issues and their part in the action that needs to take place. Sustainability is about how an organisation operates, not what they do.
As a consultant in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, she has helped leading companies and organisations articulate and engage stakeholders with their sustainability ambitions. Before moving to Asia, she worked in-house for a major communications services provider, promoting the power of communications to make a better world. Her favourite question is, “How can we do this better?”.
Siân started her career as an archivist, specialising in managing corporate, multi-disciplinary heritage collections and projects to make historical sources and history more accessible and engaging.
She believes in collaborating to accelerate knowledge sharing and the pace of change for a just and sustainable future. She has been an assessor for the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership's Communicating for Influence and Impact course and provides free communications tools through thinkwynn.com/tools.
